FIFA 16 is slated for a September 23 release in North America and September 26 in Europe for the PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Nintendo Wii, and Nintendo 3DS. The first things I noticed with FIFA 16 was the improved presentation of on and off the pitch, even the game’s menus and pre-game graphics deliver the experience of a soccer match better than any of the recent games in the series. If I had to compare the visual presentation to a TV broadcast, it would compare well to a Champions League pre-match.

By far the most important addition we must see brought to FIFA 16 Ultimate Team is wager matches. It would destroy friendships, make us very angry but would also give us endless joy- isn’t that what gaming is all about? There is currently a vast amount of unofficial wager matches taking place in the online world of FIFA but it unfortunately includes a lot of scamming, which obviously isn’t good. If EA was to introduce an actual feature then this would wipe out the scamming, we hope.

The wagers could be pink-slips, where if you are victorious you win one of the oppositions players at random/choosing but if you lose you fall to the same scenario. Pink slips would be a huge addition to Ultimate Team and would be fantastic, though it’s not the only wager should have.

Agility & Control builds on step-based locomotion and delivers an all new level of responsiveness and control to FIFA 16. Tuned player biomechanics cause players to react and move with balance and closer control when in possession of the ball. Precise steps and turns at low speed, and closer control at high speeds will give FIFA 16 fans more control and increased mobility when commanding players on the pitch. New stutters and strides let you cut, sprint, and explode out of turns, and run touch dribbling gives players’ personality that reflects their real self. A new ball physics system models ball movement depending on the spin and the precise contact with the ball. The accurate movement of the ball, combined with the control of the player brings a new level of realism to dribbles, touches, passes, and deflections in FIFA 16.
